Santa Ana Global Enterprises, which plans, develops, and manages real estate projects in Latin America, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $16 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $16 million by offering 1.2 million shares at a price range of $13 to $15. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Santa Ana Global Enterprises would command a market value of $109 million.

Santa Ana Global Enterprises is a Spanish developer of master-planned residential and mixed-use communities, which it calls microcities, across Latin America. It intends to run the full value chain itself, from land structuring and master planning through construction coordination, and to keep recurring revenue by managing the completed communities and billing residents for water and electricity. Its portfolio spans roughly 2.69 million square meters across five projects in Chile, Colombia, Panama and Costa Rica, together contemplating about 7,100 residential units and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel with branded residences in Cartagena. Operations began in 2024 and every project is still pre-development.

The Madrid, Spain-based company was founded in 2024 and plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol STNF. The companies shares currently trade on the BME Growth market of the Spanish Stock Exchange. Santa Ana Global Enterprises filed confidentially on December 31, 2025. ThinkEquity is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
