Oil and gas equipment maker VME Companies files for a $30 million IPO

VME Companies, a provider of process modules and separation equipment for offshore oil and gas facilities, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $30 million in an initial public offering.

VME Companies designs, fabricates, and delivers engineered process modules and packaged equipment for offshore and onshore energy projects. Its EPC & Modular Solutions segment provides integrated engineering, procurement, and construction services for modularized process systems used on FPSOs, mobile offshore production units, and fixed platforms, covering oil and gas separation, produced water treatment, and gas compression; the company has supplied modules to more than 60 FPSOs, and the segment accounts for roughly 80% to 90% of sales. Its Separation Technologies segment supplies separation internals, pressure vessels, treatment systems, and packaged pump units to upstream, midstream, and downstream customers.

The Tyler, TX-based company was founded in 1985. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol VME. VME Companies filed confidentially on July 2, 2026. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
