C2 Capital Group, which operates a livestreaming platform with built-in gifting tools, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Thursday. It had filed in April 2026 to raise $17 million by offering 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5.

Primary shareholders include Chairman Jonathan Honig, CEO Lamont Wilcott, and Chief Product Officer Geoff Kendall.

The Boca Raton, FL-based company was founded in 2024 and booked $4 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025. It had planned to list on the NYSE American under the symbol CCLV. D. Boral Capital was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
