SPAC FutureCore Acquisition files for a $75 million IPO, targeting growth and defensible market positions

FutureCore Acquisition, a blank check company targeting long-term growth potential and defensible market positions, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $75 million by offering 7.5 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, one whole warrant to purchase a share, exercisable at $11.50, and one-fourth rights to receive a share at the time of the business combination.

FutureCore Acquisition is led by CEO, CFO and Chairman Michael Zhang, the founder and CEO of medical aesthetics chain Satori Laser. The SPAC plans to target businesses with long-term growth potential and defensible market positions, at an enterprise value of $180 million to $1 billion.

The New York, NY-based company was founded in 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FTCRU. Polaris Advisory Partners is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
