Hao Feng Group, a provider of investment education courses in Hong Kong, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $21 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $21 million by offering 3.2 million shares at a price range of $5 to $8. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Hao Feng Group would command a market value of $151 million.
Hao Feng Group operates an investment education tuition center in Hong Kong. The company offers in-person and online courses covering stock trading, portfolio management, fundamental analysis and investment strategy to retail and high-net-worth investors, generating revenue from tuition fees and workshops paid mainly by annual subscribers. Hao Feng offers three different course packages: a 1 month, 6 month, and a 12 month set of courses It ranked third among Hong Kong investment education providers by 2024 revenue.
The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 2012 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. It plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol HFE. Hao Feng Group filed confidentially on April 10, 2026. Eddid Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
