SPAC Harbour Island Acquisition I files for a $100 million IPO, targeting industrial materials, chips, and other technology

Harbour Island Acquisition I, a blank check company targeting technology components and infrastructure, robotics, and aerospace, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $100 million by offering 10 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, and one-half of one warrant to purchase a share, exercisable at $11.50.

Harbour Island Acquisition I is led by CEO and Chairman McAndrew Rudisill, the CEO and Chairman of Forum Markets (Nasdaq: FRMM) and the former CIO of Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings (Nasdaq: BAER), and CFO Samuel Knipper, who has served as a contract CFO with Brio Financial Group. The SPAC plans to target businesses within the semiconductor, data infrastructure, robotics, and aerospace and defense sectors, along with the industrial materials supporting them.

The Palm Beach, FL-based company was founded in 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol HRIAU. Harbour Island Acquisition I filed confidentially on July 28, 2026. Clear Street is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
