Bend NovaTech Group, a Hong Kong-based provider of rebar prefabrication services, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Tuesday. It had filed in August 2025 to raise $6 million by offering 1.3 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. It last amended its filing in October 2025.
The primary shareholder is CEO and Director Ching Yi Li.
The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 2021 and booked $12 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BENN. Revere Securities and Craft Capital Management were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
