There are no IPOs currently scheduled for the week ahead, though some smaller issuers may price.
The calendar should stay fairly quiet until Labor Day, after which a few recent filers will be eligible to launch, including modular power and energy services provider Aggreko (AGKO), solar project developer CoVolt (KVLT), and insurer Orion180 (OIG). Some older names in the pipeline could also move forward, including nuclear equipment provider Holtec Nuclear (HNUC), convenience store chain Cumberland Farms (CMBY), and menswear retailer Tailored Brands (MENW).
That said, the pipeline is less robust than expected heading into September. There will need to be a material pickup in filings in the coming weeks to support an active fall calendar.
Street research will be available for six companies in the week ahead, and one lock-up period will be expiring. For access to Street research and lock-up expiration dates, sign up for a free trial of IPO Pro.
