Real estate and consumer-focused SPAC Timber Road Acquisition withdraws $200 million IPO

August 27, 2026

Timber Road Acquisition, a blank check company targeting the real estate and consumer industries, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Thursday. It had filed in April 2025 to raise $200 million by offering 20 million units at $10. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock and one right to receive one-eighth of a share.

The Rockville Centre, NY-based company was founded in 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol TMRDU. Roth Capital and StoneX Financial were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
