We are a blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic location, we intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify, acquire and operate a business or businesses that can benefit from our management team’s established global relationships, sector expertise on the real estate and consumer industry, and active management and operating experience. Our focus will be on identifying a target business with a management team who has demonstrated clear operating expertise over the past two years, with a focus on growing revenues, while operating with demonstrated control over operating costs and preservation of cash. Our management team is led by our Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Fisher and our Chief Financial Officer, Paul Rachmuth. Patrick Fisher has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, having closed over $20 billion in commercial real estate financings throughout his career. Since March 2020, Mr. Fisher has operated as a licensed New York State real estate broker at Timber Road Capital, focusing on commercial real estate debt financing and capital market advisory closing over $400 million of commercial real estate debt over the past five years.
