UDynamics, a Hong Kong-based provider of web hosting, cloud, and IT services, raised the proposed deal size for its upcoming IPO on Friday.
The Hong Kong, China-based company now plans to raise $34 million by offering 5.6 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7. The company had previously filed to offer 3.0 million shares at the same range. At the midpoint of the range, UDynamics will raise 87% more in proceeds than previously anticipated and command a market value of $142 million. The company also updated its financial results for the six months ended January 31, 2026.
UDynamics is a technology solutions provider delivering cloud hosting and management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, and domain registration services to enterprises, government entities, and SMEs across Asia. The company conducts all of its operations through its Hong Kong subsidiary, UDomain Web Hosting Company, which has evolved from a traditional web hosting provider into an integrated digital infrastructure partner serving over 20,000 customers since 1998. In fiscal 2025, revenue was primarily driven by cloud hosting and management services (76% of total revenue), followed by IT solution services (19%), and domain registration services (4%).
UDynamics was founded in 1998 and booked $7 million in revenue for the 12 months ended January 31, 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol (UDUD). Pacific Century Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
