Living Homeopathy International, which sells homeopathic products in Hong Kong, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Tuesday. It had initially filed in May 2025, and revised terms in March 2026 to raise $19 million by offering 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6.
The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 1994 and planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol LHI. Revere Securities was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
