Hong Kong-based IT and marketing services firm Ray Maple files for a $25 million US IPO

Ray Maple, a Hong Kong-based provider of cloud-based enterprise software solutions and digital marketing services, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $25 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $25 million by offering 6.3 million shares at $4. At the proposed price, Ray Maple would command a market cap of $75 million.

Ray Maple is a Hong Kong-based provider of integrated IT systems and digital marketing services. The company operates two segments: IT Solutions Services, offering modular, cloud-based systems for enterprise resource planning, customer and employee management, project execution, and business intelligence, built from a mix of in-house and third-party software, including dashboard management, accounting and inventory management, contract and reporting, and task management tools; and Marketing Services, covering social media management, Key Opinion Leader and influencer marketing, traditional advertising, event and roadshow management, search engine optimization, and e-commerce solutions. Its clients include small and medium-sized businesses, mid-sized enterprises, and public sector organizations in Hong Kong, with plans to expand into Malaysia and Indonesia.

The Hong Kong-based company was founded in 2022 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq, but has not yet disclosed a ticker symbol (RC Ticker: RYML.RC). Eddid Securities and Futures is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
