Europe-focused email and messaging services provider Fast Finance Pay files for a $15 million IPO

Fast Finance Pay, which provides emailing and messaging services with a focus on Europe, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $15 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $15 million by offering 3.8 million shares at $4. At the proposed price, Fast Finance Pay would command a market value of $137 million.

Fast Finance Pay provides a free-web based emailing service and provide messaging and referral services. Through its OK.de platform, Fast Finance Pay operates an e-mail service and also an end-to-end secure, encrypted, instant messaging service. The company is also in the initial phases of operations in our payment solutions business which allows payments through integrations with third party services providers in Euro in the European Economic Area and which allows integration to third parties which provide cryptocurrency transaction services.

The New York, NY-based company was founded in 2008 and plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol FFPP. Fast Finance Pay filed confidentially on February 9, 2026. The Benchmark Company is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
