Goodman Global, the second largest domestic manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning products for residential and light commercial use, registered for an initial public offering Monday evening. The company produced $1.5 billion in revenues with an EBITDA margin of 3.3% for the twelve-month period ended September 2005. JP Morgan heads the list of underwriters on the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
