Danneskjold and Galt Acquisition, a blank check company targeting fintech and AI, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $150 million by offering 15 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, and one-half warrants to purchase a share, exercisable at $11.50.
Danneskjold and Galt Acquisition is led by CEO and Chairman Eric Henrickson, a founding manager of Solomon & Associates, and CFO Rafay Khalid, a Senior Credit Industry Analyst at Global Credit Services. The company intends to concentrate on businesses in the financial technology and artificial intelligence industry sectors.
The Newport Beach, CA-based company was founded in 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CPLMU. Danneskjold and Galt Acquisition filed confidentially on November 26, 2025. Cohen & Company Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
