The company plans to raise $25 million by offering 6.3 million shares at $4. At the proposed price, Zensitive Holding would command a market value of $63 million.
The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 2022, and plans to list on the Nasdaq, but has not yet selected a symbol (RC ticker: ZENS.RC). Zensitive Holding filed confidentially on January 16, 2026. Pacific Century Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
