Poche Technology, a Hong Kong-based provider of digital marketing solutions for advertisers, raised the proposed deal size for its upcoming IPO on Thursday.
The Hong Kong, China-based company now plans to raise $38 million by offering 6.3 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7. The company had previously filed to offer the same number of shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the revised range, Poche Technology will raise 33% more in proceeds than previously anticipated and command a market value of $128 million.
Poche Technology was founded in 2020. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol POCH. AC Sunshine Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
