Varsal Tech, which supplies specialty chemicals for pharma, electronics, industrials, and research, announced terms for its IPO on Wednesday.
The Warminster, PA-based company plans to raise $17 million by offering 3 million shares at a price range of $5 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Varsal Tech would command a market cap of $127 million.
Varsal Tech develops and distributes specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, and customized chemical solutions to customers in the pharmaceutical, electronics, industrial, personal care, and research markets. The company sources products through a network of third-party manufacturers in China, to which it provides proprietary process specifications and technical direction, and handles downstream logistics, packaging, and global delivery. Its product portfolio includes sulfonyl chemicals, phosphorus chemicals, and other specialty intermediates, supported by ISO 9001-certified and GMP-compliant manufacturing standards.
Varsal Tech was founded in 1993 and booked $19 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. It plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol VAT. R.F. Lafferty & Co. is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
