Cloud Data Holdings, a Hong Kong-based provider of data center services, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Wednesday. It had filed in January to raise $16 million by offering 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $4.50.

The Hong Kong-based company was founded in 2013 and booked $4 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CDN. Cathay Securities was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
