US IPO Week Ahead: Specialized manufacturing company plans a $700 million IPO

June 18, 2026
Week Ahead

Three IPOs are currently on the calendar for the week ahead, though smaller issuers may join throughout the week.

Engine products manufacturer DPC Holdings (DPC) plans to raise $700 million at a $4.2 billion market cap. Doing business as Doncasters, the company manufactures precision cast components and nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys for the hot sections of aerospace engines and industrial gas turbines. Demand for its products has been driven by electricity demand and growing commercial air fleets.

Two smaller issuers are tentatively scheduled for the week ahead: Latin American ticket marketplace Ticketplus (TP), which plans to raise $25 million at a $174 million market cap; and Singapore-based optical lens manufacturer MetaOptics (MOT), which plans to raise $18 million at a $121 million market cap.
