Just two SPACs priced this past week, but the calendar got a boost from a wave of major launches.
Seven IPOs launched in the short post-Memorial Day week, seeking to raise a combined $4.7 billion in the week ahead. The group was led by billion-dollar deals from Honeywell’s quantum computing carve-out Quantinuum (QNT) and natural gas engine maker INNIO Holding (INIO).
The week’s SPAC pricings included fintech and defense-focused Disciplined Growth Acquisition (DGACU), which raised $150 million, and software and AI-focused Tribeca Strategic Acquisition (BIDWU), which raised $140 million.
