Exyn Technologies, which is developing autonomous robotics and AI software for GPS-denied environments, raised $19 million by offering 2.5 million units at $7.75. Each unit consists of one share of common one warrant to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price per share of $9.69, equal to 125% of the initial public offering price.
The Philadelphia, PA-based company will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol EXYN, and the warrants under the ticker EXYNW. Lucid Capital Markets acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
Because Exyn Technologies offered units with warrants attached, the company will not be included in Renaissance Capital's 2026 IPO stats.
