Hong Kong social media app Hacker Interstellar sets terms for $31 million US IPO

Hacker Interstellar, which provides a voice-centric AI-powered social media app in emerging markets, announced terms for its IPO on Tuesday.

The Hong Kong, China-based company plans to raise $31 million by offering 2.8 million shares at a price range of $10.50 to $11.50. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Hacker Interstellar would command a market cap of $323 million.

The company operates a vernacular language AI–powered voice social networking platform focused on users in emerging markets. Through its YoYo app, it provides voice-based chat room experiences built on proprietary AI voice models tailored to regional languages and dialects. The platform combines social interaction with monetization features and is expanding into AI-driven voice tools and B2B solutions, positioning itself as a voice interaction infrastructure provider for diverse language communities globally.

Hacker Interstellar was founded in 2016 and booked $96 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol SOUD. Kingswood Capital Markets is the bookrunner on the deal.
