Lincoln International, an investment banking advisory firm focused on private capital markets, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

Lincoln International is a global independent investment banking advisory firm focused on the private capital markets, focused on advising private equity and private credit investors, private company business owners, and other senior executives. The company provides private capital markets expertise across two segments: Investment Banking Advisory, and Valuations and Opinions. Lincoln serves clients and operates its business from more than 30 offices across 14 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

The Chicago, IL-based company was founded in 1996 and booked $784 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol LCLN. Lincoln International filed confidentially on May 4, 2022. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BMO Capital Markets, Citizens JMP, and Evercore ISI are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
