Wealth Management System, which provides a financial data platform for investment analysis, raised the proposed deal size for its upcoming IPO on Friday.

The Singapore-based company now plans to raise $23 million by offering 5 million shares (25% secondary) at a price range of $4 to $5. The company had previously filed to offer 2.2 million shares (100% primary) at the same range. At the midpoint of the revised deal size, Wealth Management System will raise 127% more in proceeds than previously anticipated.

The company's flagship product, Spiking, curates historical financial data, including earnings reports, trending market news, and insider trading reports, to provide useful metrics to users to conduct investment analysis.

Wealth Management System was founded in 2012 and booked $3 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2025. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GIVE. Blue Diamond Securities of America is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
