UAP Holding Corp, a distributor of agricultural inputs (e.g. chemicals, seeds, fertilizers) and provider of crop management and advisory services, announced terms for its upcoming IPO on Friday. A total of 23.4 million shares are to be offered, which includes 20.3 shares offered by insiders, within a proposed price range of $15 to $17, resulting in a proposed market cap of $806 million. CS First Boston, lead manager on the deal, has yet to announce timing.
