YCS Group Holdings, which provides corporate and consulting services to SMEs in Singapore, raised the proposed deal size for its upcoming IPO on Friday.
The Singapore-based company now plans to raise $23 million by offering 5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. The company had previously filed to offer 2.5 million shares at the same range. At the midpoint of the range, YCS Group Holdings will raise double the amount in proceeds than previously anticipated and command a market value of $111 million.
The company also disclosed financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2025, and formally selected an anticipated ticker of YCSG.
YCS Group Holdings was founded in 2019 and booked $3 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2025. It plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol YCSG. American Trust Investment Services and Prime Number Capital are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
