Acco Group Holdings, a Hong Kong-based provider of secretarial and other corporate services, raised $6 million by offering 1.4 million shares at $4, the low end of the range of $4 to $6. At pricing, the company commands a market cap of $56 million.
Through its operating subsidiaries, the company provides corporate secretarial services and accounting services in Hong Kong, as well as intellectual property registration services in Singapore. The majority of its revenue during the six months ended December 31, 2024 came from its corporate secretarial services. At the end of 2024, Acco Group Holdings had 2,902 active client engagements in Hong Kong, and another 210 in Singapore.
Acco Group Holdings plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ACCL. Craft Capital Management and Revere Securities acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
