Climate Transition Special Opportunities SPAC I, a blank check company targeting renewable energy and specialty finance, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $150 million by offering 15 million units at $10.00. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one-half of one warrant, exercisable at $11.50.
The company is led by CEO and Director Robert Zulkoski, the founder of Sustainable Credit Partners and Conduit Capital Partners, where he serves as Lead Principal and Managing Partner, respectively. He is joined by CFO Andy Childs, who serves as the CFO of Sustainable Credit Partners and Operating Partner of Finance at Conduit Capital. The SPAC plans to target opportunities within climate transition, specialty finance, renewable energy, and regenerative agriculture.
The New York, NY-based company was founded in 2025 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CLSOU. Cohen & Company Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
