BUUU Group, a Hong Kong-based provider of event management and stage production services, raised $6 million by offering 1.5 million shares at $4, the low end of the range of $4 to $6.
The company provides Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) solutions to a variety of clients, including public institutions, marketing and public relations firms, real estate corporations, and a number of established brands. Its marketing service portfolio spans two core areas: event management and stage production.
BUUU Group plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BUUU. Dominari Securities, Pacific Century Securities, and Revere Securities acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
