Robot Consulting, which provides a cloud-based human resource management system, raised $15 million by offering 3.8 million ADSs at $4, the low end of the range of $4 to $6.
The company's current major product is "Labor Robot," a cloud-based human resource management system launched in September 2022. Labor Robot helps users track employee attendance and sales orders and journalize accounting items. Customers can purchase Labor Robot from the company as well as from Japanese conglomerate Nac Co. As of September 30, 2024, there were 513 Labor Robot users.
Robot Consulting plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol LAWR. D. Boral Capital and Craft Capital Management acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
