Agencia Comercial Spirits, a Taiwan-based whiskey retailer and distributor, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $9 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $9 million by offering 1.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Agencia Comercial Spirits would command a market value of $171 million.
Through its operating subsidiary Agencia Comercial, the company offers imported whiskies and related services to its clients. Its three primary business areas include bottled whiskey sales, which involves sourcing bottled whiskey from local suppliers in Taiwan and reputable distilleries in the UK, and selling these products to bars, restaurants, nightclubs, VIP lounges, and corporate clients; raw cask whiskey sales, which involves the procurement and sale of raw cask whiskey sourced directly from distilleries in the UK; and cask-to-bottle and distribution, which involves brand-authorized whiskey bottling, packaging, and sales.
The Taichung City, Taiwan-based company was founded in 2020 and booked $3 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2024. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AGCC. Agencia Comercial Spirits filed confidentially on March 31, 2025. Revere Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
