C&K Group, a Hong Kong-based jeweler focused on pearls, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $7 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $7 million by offering 1.5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the proposed range, C&K Group would command a market value of $79 million.

Through its operating subsidiary, C&K Group principally engages in the purchasing, designing, and sales of loose pearls and finished jewelry products. The company currently offers a selection of over 1,000 styles of pearls and finished jewelry products.

C&K Group was founded in 2016 and booked $9 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2024. It plans to list on the Nasdaq or NYSE but has not selected a symbol yet (RC ticker: CKG.RC). The company filed confidentially on April 29, 2025. Revere Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
