While it currently operates on a traditional project-based model, the company utilizes various technological tools to enhance its design process, including software platform Houzz.
OFA Group plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol OFAL. R.F. Lafferty & Co. acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
