InnerWorkings, a provider of print procurement solutions to corporate clients in the U.S., registered for an initial public offering Wednesday morning. The Chicago-based company generated $87 million in sales with an operating margin of 6.2% over the last twelve months ended March 2006. Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Piper Jaffray and William Blair will underwrite the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be disclosed.
