NusaTrip, an Indonesia-based online travel agent spun out of Society Pass, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Thursday. It had filed in November 2024 to raise $12 million by offering 2.7 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5.
The Jakarta, Indonesia-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $2 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2024. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol NUTR. Cathay Securities was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
