Alliance Holdings GP, an entity that will own the general partnership interests of publicly traded coal limited partnership Alliance Resource Partners, announced Monday afternoon that it will offer 11.0 million units. 1.0 million units are to go to the CEO. Lehman Brothers will be the sole underwriter on the deal. A range and timing have yet to be determined.
