Clayton Holdings, a provider of information-based analytics and specialty consulting on mortgage-related loans and securities and other debt instruments, announced on Thursday that it priced 7.5 million shares at $17 per share. The proposed terms were 6.3 million shares at a range of $15 to $17. William Blair and Piper Jaffray lead managed the deal and it is expected to trade Friday.
