We are a blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry or sector, we intend to focus our search in the technology, media and telecommunications industries and on companies with sustainability business models (“TMTS”) that are enabled by technology. Our sponsor is an entity that was newly-formed by our management team. We believe our management team’s extensive operational and financial experience coupled with their experience in identifying and executing acquisitions globally with a collectively vast network to source and structure additional acquisition opportunities, will make us attractive in the marketplace. Although we may pursue our initial business combination with a private or public target in any business, industry or geographic location, we currently intend to focus on opportunities to capitalize on the ability of our management team, particularly our executive officers, to identify, acquire and operate a business in the TMTS industries.
