We are a blank check company. Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location. We do not have any specific business combination under consideration and we have not (nor has anyone on our behalf), directly or indirectly, contacted any prospective target business or had any substantive discussions, formal or otherwise, with respect to such a transaction. We have a strong team with years of operational, financial and leadership experience successfully managing and running a variety of corporations in Asia. We have recruited an accomplished group of leaders to serve as members of our board of directors. Our board of directors comes from a plethora of industries where they serve as leaders, advisors, directors, and board members for public companies, private companies, and leading venture capital firms in Asia. Our team has extensive experience in identifying, screening, acquiring, and managing companies. We believe these are the skill sets that are essential for a successful management team. With our board of directors’ deep understanding and experience of various industries, we could effectively position our investment strategy, evaluation of potential acquisition candidates and complete our initial business combination.
