Working closely with our Chief Brand Strategist, Kathy Ireland, the Chairman, CEO and Chief Designer of kathy ireland Worldwide, we seek to secure strategic licenses and joint venture partnerships for our brands, as well as to grow the portfolio of brands through strategic acquisitions. Currently, we operate our business in three segments: Professional products division (26% of net sales), Licensing division (51%), Entertainment division (23%).
