We are a blank check company. While we intend to conduct a global search for target businesses without being limited by geographic region and our executive officers have experience investing in and building businesses in the Asia Pacific region and have a deep understanding of the region’s business environment, regulations, regulatory bodies and culture. We will not undertake our initial business combination with any company being based in or having the majority of the company’s operations in Greater China (which includes, solely for the purpose of this prospectus Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). Our management team is led by Mr. Kok Peng Na, our chairman and chief executive officer, who has almost 25 years of combined experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, deal-making and investment. Our mission is to maximize shareholder value by identifying an acquisition target with significant growth prospects.
