We are the leading pure distance learning education group in the postsecondary digital education market in Brazil based on the number of enrolled undergraduate students as of December 31, 2018, according to the latest available data published in September 2019 by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (Ministério da Educação), or the MEC. We provide a complete pedagogical ecosystem focused on hybrid digital education experience for undergraduates and continuing education. We provide course offerings in over 200 subjects through our Virtual Learning Environment, or VLE, which is delivered in multiple formats (videos, eBook, podcasts and html text, among others). Our model also incorporates in-person weekly meetings hosted by our tutors who are mostly local working professionals in the subject area they teach. We have approximately 3,600 tutors who were all hired and trained by us in order to ensure they meet our quality requirements.
