We are a blank check company newly incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any business, industry, or geographic location, we intend to focus on industries that complement our team’s experience and background, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team, directors and strategic advisors to identify and acquire a business within the technology, media and entertainment sector with special emphasis on consumer technology and media and entertainment ("M&E"). Within the consumer technology space, we intend to focus on businesses in the high growth sectors globally (with a primary focus on the Asia Pacific, European and Middle Eastern regions), including logistics and supply chain, education technology, financial technology, e-Commerce, and digital marketplaces. Significant inroads and relationships have been developed with the M&E sector across the value chain, in key geographies such as India, USA, Canada, UK and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. We intend to focus specifically on companies that are positioned to benefit directly from the growth of media technology and digitally available content.
