We are a holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with operations conducted in Hong Kong by our Operating Subsidiary, Uptrend Construction & Engineering Limited. We have been operating principally as a subcontractor in the Hong Kong construction industry since 2015. As a subcontractor, we provide our customers with two major construction solutions, which include (i) civil engineering works and (ii) soil and rock transportation services. Our direct customers are generally main contractors of various building and infrastructure construction projects in Hong Kong and the ultimate owners of the projects undertaken by us mainly include property developers in Hong Kong as well as the Hong Kong government. Our project portfolio consists mainly of public sectors projects in Hong Kong, which include infrastructure and public facilities developments. We take pride in the quality of works which we deliver and we have developed stable relationship with a majority of our customers over the years.
