We operate a used vehicle dealership and automotive services business in Canada. We are principally engaged in the sale of used vehicles, vehicle leasing and rental activities, and related ancillary services. Our headquarters are located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, and our business is currently focused on the Greater Vancouver area. We seek to build an integrated, scalable and capital-efficient automotive platform that combines used vehicle retail sales, vehicle sourcing and wholesale, leasing and rent-to-own programs, financing support and after-sales services. Our business model therefore combines online customer acquisition and vehicle discovery with offline consultation, test drives, transaction execution, vehicle delivery and customer service.
