Our management team and board of directors possess a synergistic combination of executive, strategic, operational, financial and transactional experience, and have demonstrated a strong track record of identifying and creating significant stockholder value at a wide array of telecommunications, technology, consulting, healthcare, private equity, venture capital and agricultural companies. In addition to management’s experience, our Sponsor has secured financial commitment from an affiliate of Navigation Capital Partners, which has previous experience across the full lifecycle of SPACs, from initial public offering to the de-SPAC business combination process.
