We do not have any speci?c business combination under consideration and we have not (nor has anyone on our behalf), directly or indirectly, contacted any prospective target business or had any substantive discussions, formal or otherwise, with respect to such a transaction. Additionally, we have not engaged or retained any agent or other representative to identify or locate any suitable acquisition candidate, to conduct any research or take any measures, directly or indirectly, to locate or contact a target business. We will seek to leverage our management team’s proprietary network of relationships with corporate executives, private equity, venture and growth capital funds, investment banking ?rms and consultants in order to source, acquire, and support the operations of the business combination target. Our Chief Executive Officer and a director, Mr. Xunlei Lu, is a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly two decades of operational leadership in the global supply chain business. His experience in managing cross-border operations and scaling manufacturing platforms equips him with a strategic perspective on operational efficiency and international business growth.
