We are a recently incorporated blank check company. We will seek to capitalize on the significant experience and vast network of our management team and Pearl Energy Investment Management to complete our initial business combination. Although we may pursue our initial business combination in any business, industry or geographic location, we currently intend to focus on opportunities that capitalize on the expertise and ability of our Team, particularly our executive officers, to identify, acquire and operate a business in the broadly-defined sustainability industry. This industry includes, but is not limited to, energy and power (with a focus on renewable energy, biofuels and energy storage), resource management (including energy efficiency, smart grid and green / smart buildings), transportation (including mobility and fueling / charging infrastructure), environmental services (including waste management, pollution control and recycling), water, agriculture / food and advanced materials / chemicals in the US and other developed countries. We believe our Team's collective background and the favorable macroeconomic and social trends disrupting the Sustainability industry will provide an opportunity to execute a potentially transformational business combination.
